HOW DO I BUY AN ORIGINAL? I create as many paintings as possible and release them in collections on my website twice per year. This will be well advertised before hand via social media, my blog, and mailing list.
PRINT QUALITY & DETAILS: All reproductions in my shop are Giclee reproductions and are created using a professional printer that uses a wide range of inks applied so finely you cannot see the dpi a bit and are very long-lasting. The image quality and the delicacy of the details are very important to me and add to the value of my work. They are printed on Photo Rag 308 gsm paper. Prints are shipped rolled in a tube and would need to be taken to your local framers.
DO YOU SIGN YOUR PRINTS?: Yes, all prints are hand-signed by Magda. Paper prints are signed, titled and numbered on the front, in the white inch border.
HOW IS MY ARTWORK GOING TO BE SHIPPED?: All our prints are rolled and shipped in extra strong 3mm wall cardboard tubes. Once you place your order it will be processed and shipped within 7-12 business days. Once shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking details. All shipments require a signature on delivery. Shipping costs cover fees, packaging supplies, time, labor, and storage.
RETURNS: Every order, commission, and sale is handled with extreme care and as much clarity and transparency as possible. My goal is for you to be completely thrilled with your purchase! If you are unhappy with your piece we offer a full refund up to 14 days after receipt - customer pays return shipping.
CAN I PICK UP MY ARTWORK FROM YOUR STUDIO? Absolutely!
Cancellation/Refund Policy
Original Paintings: All sales of original artwork are final. You can cancel your order within the first 24 hours. Returns or exchanges of original work are not available except for the most extreme situations.
Reproductions and non-original products: You may cancel your order within the first 24 hours. Returns and exchanges are handled on a case by case basis. We are not liable for any mishandling or failed delivery by the shipping service (ANPOST or UPS). Please contact magda@magdalukas.com within 7 days of receiving your artwork.
PLEASE NOTE THAT I RETAIN ALL RIGHTS TO ALL ARTWORK, EVEN THOSE OF SOLD & COMMISSIONED ORIGINAL PAINTINGS.
THE COLLECTOR HAS THE RIGHT TO DISPLAY THE ARTWORK IN THEIR HOME OR BUSINESS. ARTWORK MAY NOT BE RESOLD OR REPRODUCED FOR PROFIT.
